The Architect / Urban Planner (Design & Illustration Specialist) will lead the creative
design and visualization of upcoming Satellite Model Townships across Bangladesh. The
professional will be engaged in transforming planning concepts into detailed, realistic,
and aesthetically balanced urban forms. This position demands both technical and
artistic excellence to ensure the township concepts align with sustainable urban
development principles, regulatory frameworks, and community aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present concept and working-level designs & drawings for master
plans, zoning layouts, architectural blocks, street networks, and open space
systems.
Prepare and present illustrations, visual boards, and publishing materials for
internal presentations, public consultations, and publication works.
Prepare and present mass and detail models (physical and digital) to visualize
design concepts at different development stages.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including civil engineers,
landscape designers, and environmental planners to ensure integrated
urban solutions.
Conduct site analysis, land-use feasibility assessments, and
environmental sensitivity mapping.
Participate in design review meetings and incorporate feedback from
stakeholders and consultants.
Assist in preparing layout plans, FAR calculations, land use schedules,
and other technical deliverables.
Maintain an organized database of design drawings, models, and visual
materials for record and reference.
Support proposal documentation and contribute to master plan reports
and project briefs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Urban & Regional Planning.
Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS
Office.
Experience with GIS, land-use planning, or urban design tools will be an
advantage.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills with attention to design detail and
presentation aesthetics.

The 3D Visualization & Simulation Specialist will develop realistic and interactive
digital visualizations to communicate the design intent of proposed townships. This
professional will bring architectural and urban design concepts to life through
high-quality 3D modelling, rendering, animation, and virtual reality (VR) environments.
The role bridges creative design and technological innovation to enhance decision-making
and public engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present 3D simulations, animations, and virtual reality (VR)
presentations at various scales—from master plans to building details.
Generate high-quality renders, walkthroughs, and fly-through animations for
internal and external audiences.
Create interactive VR environments and real-time 3D experiences using Unreal
Engine or Unity.
Collaborate with architects and planners to ensure visualizations accurately
reflect design intent and technical data.
Optimize models for performance while maintaining visual quality.
Contribute to developing presentation materials, promotional videos, and digital
storytelling for client presentations and marketing.
Manage the rendering pipeline and ensure timely delivery of visual assets.
Stay updated with emerging visualization technologies and integrate innovative
methods into project workflows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Urban Design, other certification in 3D
Animation, Visualization, or Multimedia Design.
Proficiency in 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, Lumion, Unreal Engine, or Unity.
Strong understanding of spatial composition, lighting, textures, and rendering
techniques.
Experience with video editing, post-production (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After
Effects) is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines and deliver visually
compelling results.
