Here we can mention some of the new dimensions this group has introduced:
1. Introducing Design and Planning Worksheets:This group has introduced appropriate stage-by-stage design and planning concepts to implement its projects and hence it’s mandatory on every sister organizations of this group to prepare long term design and planning worksheets at every stage of implementation. This system is badly needed in our country’s development process
2. Introducing the concept of Zoning plan in Urbanization:In every housing project of this group, it has made compulsory to prepare and implement detailed zoning plan in consideration with the highest level of sustainable development. Only with zoning plan, it’s possible to maximize the resources of any urban development. It is a matter of utmost importance that we should start to formulate a grand zoning plan for the whole Bangladesh for fifty to hundred years from now.
3. Bringing forth the disciplinary perspectives in the Real Estate Business:
